The Hunt by Jo Tannah

About the Author:
I grew up listening to folk tales my father and nannies told either to entertain us children or to send home a message. These narratives I kept with me and finally, I wrote them down in a journal way back when I kept one. Going through junk led to a long forgotten box and in it was the journal. Reading over the stories of romance, science fiction and horror I had taken time to put to paper, brought to light that these were tales I never met in my readings.
The tales I write are fictional but all of them are based on what I grew up with and still dream about. That they have an M/M twist is simply for my pleasure. And I hope, yours as well.

Blurb:
When the hunter becomes the hunted, the only thing left to do is run.
Lieutenant Marcus Kildud and his men are rangers for hire. They specialize in insertion, extraction, escape, and evasion. He answers an urgent request from the Planet Terrus’ Prelate, the Lord Fulsam, whose son has disappeared and is presumed dead.
Their task is to find the ring the Prelate’s son wore. The promised compensation and bonus offered are enough to make this their team’s final mission.
What they meet in the forest is something none of them have ever encountered before. Marcus now faces the unimaginable. He realizes too late that sometimes, running away may be the only option left to stay alive.
Note: This work has been previously published but has been reworked, re-edited, and expanded.
Excerpt 1:
Marcus gave a signal, and again Bruga led the way. They had only gone a few meters when Bruga stopped once more and looked down. He pointed to a piece of bloodied material next to a broken knife. Next to it was a boot. Marcus moved closer and looked down. He gritted his teeth and looked up to meet Bruga’s gaze.
“What is it?” Franco stepped up beside Marcus. He pulled out an evidence bag from one of his pockets.
“See for yourself,” Marcus said with a grimace. He stepped back and began inspecting the ground around them.
“Ah, fuck,” Franco said, picking up the boot. Marcus didn’t have to look his direction to see what Franco held in his hand. The image had been burned into his brain. The boot still had a severed foot inside it, cut off at what appeared to be the ankle of the unfortunate owner.
Excerpt 2:
“No, sleep isn’t what I had in mind,” Marcus said. He took Malik’s face between his hands and looked deeply into his dark chocolate eyes. Behind the impish grin, he saw the flicker of anticipation. He smiled at the young man’s cheek. How dare Malik? Had he no respect for Marcus’ rank and position? “I do promise to make the wait as enjoyable as I can, Malik.”
Malik’s expression turned sober. “Oh, I hope you will, Marcus. Or else, I will have to suspect that your reputation is purely made up or some exaggerated rumor.”

Marcus laughed with delight at Malik’s wit. “I think you’ll have the opportunity to decide for yourself. Now, come to bed.”

“This is a powerful and marvelously told story. I never saw the first version, so I have no idea what was missing from Claire’s story/experience, but whatever it was, this full-on revision will knock readers’ socks off. Kudos to you for reaching deep and putting it on the page. Very real and moving.”

**This book was previously published. It has been re-edited, re-formatted, and re-released.**

An award-winning choreographer faces her biggest heartbreak when she’s teamed up to coach with her former lover at a gymnastics camp for Olympic hopefuls.

Claire LeMay is at the top of her game—she’s head coach for a top gymnastics facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba with her gymnasts winning awards for her outstanding choreography. Now her biggest challenge is to coach alongside the man she’s avoided for three years after rejecting his offer of coaching under his command at his club in Ottawa, Ontario.

After sinking every penny of his inheritance into his state-of-the-art gymnastics facility, Justin Black has achieved his dream. But even with hundreds of members and well-trained coaches, when Claire’s presence invades his space, he realizes she’s the one thing that’s missing. Clueless about why she didn’t accept his earlier job offer, he is determined to discover why she turned him down.

Will they be a rebound romance, destined to repeat the same old routine, or can they choreograph a new one?

EXCERPT:

“Nice, eh?” Shelley said. “Want to check out the second floor?”

Tamping down on the rising emotion, Claire nodded and turned, following Shelley up the stairs. At the top, they walked straight into a viewing area equipped with enough chairs to seat an army and a bunch of toys in one corner. A small canteen filled the opposite corner, complete with vending machines.

She stroked her chin thoughtfully and smiled. Justin knew the parents and other family members of gymnasts had a place in the gym, and he wanted them comfortable, albeit from a distance. She’d heard he trained his own coaches and made sure they received coaching certification. If the rumor held true, his club had upwards of a thousand members, from preschool to elite.

Tears pricked her eyes. And he did it all without me.

The murmur of voices drew her attention to the left, and she walked down a small hallway with a boardroom and a door marked Dance Studio off of it. Claire blinked her tears away and swallowed the lump in her throat.

I’ve got to pull it together. She moved toward the boardroom, where the coaches were gathering. Some of the coaches were here to observe, like Shelly, while the rest coached the attending athletes. Since almost everyone knew each other, they took turns shaking hands and giving hugs. Everyone greeted her with hearty hellos, and she turned to greet another coach only to find herself face to face with Justin.

Her heart skipped a beat, and she froze on the spot. With a roomful of eyes on her, she did the only sensible thing she could think of—she hugged him.

His surprise registered in the way his body tensed, but to save face, he brought his arms around her and gave her a manly slap on the back that made her cough. “Good to see you,” he said.

“Likewise,” she murmured. “Shall we begin?”

EXCERPT #2:

Justin leaned up against a wall, arms crossed over his chest, and watched as Claire led the girls in a warm up. Compassion filled his heart for her. She gave a hundred percent effort into everything she did. Anger flickered in his gut. Why hadn’t she given their relationship just as much effort?

He continued to watch as Claire instructed the girls on a series of still exercises designed to work on their posture, poking and prodding them into position. Then she made them perform successions of leaps across the floor.

He gave an imperceptible shake of his head. None of the gymnasts leaping across the length of the floor had half the grace Claire possessed, nor did they have her presence. A mere five feet one inches tall, when she stood with that impeccable posture and spoke in her clear voice, she could be mistaken for a giant. Too bad she hadn’t been given her chance to shine.

Heat flared in his loins as he watched her perform a leap to demonstrate. Jesus. Fuckin’ perfect. Disgusted with his body’s traitorous response to her, he distanced himself by heading upstairs again.

He snagged a bottle of water from the refrigerator in the canteen and, unable to resist, looked down from the upper level window as Claire led the gymnasts through a short choreographed routine to a pop song. He knew they’d add to it each day, and at the end of the week, the girls would perform it for the coaches. Since the girls had come from all over the country, it provided a good way for them to get to know one another while they did something fun.

He chuckled as they tried to copy Claire’s movements. With the patience of a saint, she went over the steps again and again, watching them intently, giving instruction on arm placement and hip movements. Watching her dance had always captivated him, and it did so now. She had the amazing ability to observe a routine and then perform it near-perfectly.

The grace she possessed spilled into other areas of her life, too. He recalled how she’d accepted defeat that day at the Canada Olympic Trials, never shedding a tear, or swearing, or calling the other girls down as some gymnasts did when they lost. She had made a mistake and accepted it stoically.

The dancing stopped, and the lack of movement on the floor brought Justin back to the moment. Claire stared up at him. He nodded and smiled at her. She tucked a non-existent stray lock of hair back behind her ear and grinned shyly in return. Her cheeks flushed, and she bit her lips together.

His heart thudded in his chest. Ah, shit.

He knew right then he hadn’t succeeded one whit in putting behind him what they had shared. In the past, ignoring her had worked, at least somewhat, because he’d known that once the meet was over, they’d both return to their home provinces. Now that they were working alongside each other they’d be expected to field questions and converse with each other, not to mention everyone else. Time to let bygones be bygones.

How the hell do I do that? So much remained unsaid between them, and he didn’t know where to start—anger at her for walking out on him, anger she hadn’t shared his dream. And if he were honest—pissed at himself for letting things get so far off course.

Staring at her now, his heart pounded hard, like a gymnast sprinting down the vault runway. He heaved a sigh. Could he be man enough to call a truce? Would she believe his intentions were sincere? She had no reason to, and he didn’t blame her, but he’d never be able to move on if he didn’t try.

She gave him another half-smile, her blue eyes shining up at him.

He scrubbed a hand over his face and turned away, expelling the air from his lungs.

She’d be here in his personal space for a week. He wouldn’t be able to ignore her this time, and he knew it. So much for not examining my emotions.

Pondering goodwill gestures, he turned and jogged down the stairs to the gym.

Neptune’s Passion

Hot Greek male looking for roommate for tropical vacation. Must be female. Must be sexy brunette, with a passion for reading. Must be Natalie Donovan.

When Griff asked her whether, to cut costs, she’d like to room with him at their friends’ wedding, Natalie should have said no. But now as they sip margaritas on a white sand beach, Natalie finds flirting with her long time crush a little too easy. And finds sleeping next to him, night after night, to be too much temptation.

 Excerpt:

A few chapters further, Natalie got interrupted when water was dripped onto her legs. Frowning she glanced up and found Griff looming over her. With his Greek ancestry, dark features, and sharp blue gaze he resembled the Roman God Neptune. In the fading daylight, water glistened on his body. The only missing pieces: the big beard, and the trident.

“If you want to keep your book safe I recommend you put it away.”

Confused she asked, “Why?”

She shrieked, when without warning Griff squatted down, placed one hand under her bent legs, the other behind her back, and lifted her into his arms. Natalie struggled to get away from his cold, wet body. “Put me down.”

In the pool, their friends laughed and cheered him on.

“You’re going in the water. You can do it alone or with the book.”

“Fine.” She huffed. “Put me down, though.”

He did as she asked, but suggested, “You might want to lose the cover-up too.”

Natalie growled her displeasure over that, but set her book on the chair and dropped her white beach cover-up over top of it. She went a step further and put her glasses on the table. If she was reading the situation correctly, it would be safer if she left them behind. She stared up at a now slightly fuzzy Griff. “Better?”

His gaze ate her up, and with deep male appreciation he replied, “Much.”

Feeling playful, Natalie crossed her arms under her breasts. “I’m not going in the pool.”

He grinned. “Oh, yes you are.”

Deciding she wouldn’t make it easy, Natalie deked around him and darted away. She wasn’t nearly fast enough. She hadn’t even made it passed the end of the pool before he caught her around the waist. Hoisting her up once more, Griff stood at the deep end of the pool. “In you go.”

She squealed in protest as he stepped off the ledge, dropping them both into the water.

Menagerie a Trois!

When Kat gets a new kitty, she asks the vet to play.

Dubbed the Kat Lady by her roommate, Kat Munroe admits to an ulterior motive for rescuing strays—a chance to visit the cute Dr. Evan Cole at the vet clinic. He makes her heart purr as much as her kittens do. Determined to ask him out before he thinks she’s some crazy cat woman, Kat works up her courage for the next visit.

Evan Cole doesn’t see many females other than the animal variety at his veterinary clinic. Always a believer that the right woman will walk into his life someday, he made everything else—vet school, his career—a priority over searching for love. But from the day Kat Munroe walks through the door with a stray feline rescue, his heart beats to see her again. His dilemma—how to create the perfect romantic date when you’re clueless about dating?

When they finally go on a date, disaster strikes at every turn. Will they be able to handle the menagerie? Or will they decide that more isn’t merrier?

EXCERPT:

The heat from his gaze erupted a solar flare in her gut. Every part of her body tingled. Unsure how she should be feeling, skepticism laced her words when she spoke. “You’ve seriously thought about me?”

“All the damn time.” He sighed. “Kat—I’m not good with women. I make work my life and hope someone will come into it. When you kept bringing animals in to see me, I hoped maybe you were making an excuse to see me.”

She sniffed. “I was. Pathetic, I know.”

He shrugged. “No more pathetic than I was, checking my schedule daily to see if you’d be showing up.”

The corner of her mouth curled up in a half grin. “What a pair we are.”

He nodded. “Indeed. I still want to take you for dinner if you’ll go with me. I know it wasn’t nice to ask such blunt questions, but I wanted a chance to get to know you. If you were already in a relationship of some sort, then I needed to know.”

A smile tugged at the corners of her mouth. “Well, that makes sense and you deserve to know what you’re getting into.” She played with the lapels on his sport coat. “This entire thing is not off to a conventional start. I suppose now that we have a ton of awkwardness out of the way, and you just heard most of my sexual history, and I know how wonderful you are with women—which actually isn’t much now that I think about it considering the way you started the conversation—we could get a bite to eat and see how much more awkward things become. If neither of us die from mortification, we might be able to make a go of this.”

“Sounds delightful.” He tucked her hand into the crook of his arm. “I cordially invite you to the most awkward date in the history of dates. And may I say—I like how flustered you get and when it happens you let every thought flow out. In the spirit of awkwardness, it’s refreshing to talk to a woman who doesn’t hold back or want me to guess. One of the reasons I don’t bother a lot with women is the stress of a woman who refuses to communicate honestly.”

“Well, then,” she said and pressed a quick kiss to his lips. “I shall endeavor not to disappoint. Ask highly inappropriate questions, and I’ll do my best to answer with as much bluntness as you deserve.”

Meg’s Folly by Adriana Kraft

New Release: Meg’s Folly, by Adriana Kraft @adrianakraft @extasybooks #eroticromance #LGBT

When we first started writing about Meg, we set out to write a one-shot erotic romp. We had in mind a vague plot idea to provide a structure for some spicy sex scenes—what if there was a young, vibrant, bisexual modern-day Aphrodite who brought couples together by having sex with them? So we invented (we thought) Meghan Keenan to fill the role. Characters have a way of taking over, though, and Meg wasn’t satisfied with just being a piece of fluff having hot sex scenes. The series quickly developed, tracking her adventures through her twenties.

But all good things must come to an end – well, sort of. Readers who’ve been following Meg’s adventures in this series know how much Meg loves to bring couples together by sharing herself with both parties. Being a matchmaker is her calling, and she never planned to stop or settle down. Now she’s nearly thirty. What kind of happy ending would you write for her?

Meg’s Folly, the final book in our Meghan’s Playhouse series, released at Extasy Books Friday May 4. We hate saying goodbye to her, but we think we’ve crafted the only “happy ending” she’d be even remotely interested in. It’s been a rough road from here to there – but oh, what a ride!

BLURB

Summer Theater, scenic mountains, a fabulous acting role, partners of both genders—Meg has it made. Is there any room for an old flame?

When Meghan Keenan’s old flame Clark Hendricks unexpectedly shows up at the Summer Shakespeare Festival where she has a leading role, Meg has a brilliant inspiration: he’ll be perfect for Camila, the hot Latina who currently shares Meg’s bed. If Meg’s scheme works, she can continue to enjoy sexy escapades with both of them.

Clark has a different idea. He’s come to the Festival with one goal in mind: to marry Meg. Will Camila buy into the plan and help him spark Meg’s jealousy? Can Clark escape this tempting triangle unscathed? And if he does, can he claim his would-be bride before she flees in panic?

EXCERPT

“My bed is already crowded.” Meg Keenan gave Clark Hendricks, her longtime friend and sometimes lover, a smile calculated to pique his interest. That he’d arrived at the Summer Shakespeare Festival wasn’t exactly a surprise—even though he wasn’t directing his contemporary comedy, he had written it. But it would’ve been good of him to let her know he was coming out. Last she’d heard, he was still ensconced in a theater guild in London. If she’d known, she might’ve planned a surprise or two. Meg always enjoyed surprising Clark. She inhaled sharply. Maybe she did have a surprise for him.

“I wouldn’t expect otherwise,” Clark said, his mouth widening into a grin. “I can’t remember you ever being without at least one partner. How many this time? What gender or genders?”

“I’ll always make room for you, Clark.” Meg sighed and squeezed Clark’s knee. They sat on the grass in the Green Show area where she’d been rehearsing a routine. Spying Clark leaning against a shade tree waiting for her had seemed quite natural. “It feels like you’ve hardly been away.”

“It’s been nearly eighteen months,” he said, taking her hand in his. “You could do better with e-mail.” Clark chuckled. “I was pleased to hear you had the lead here for the summer. Josette and Zach send their love. She tells me she’s trying to get you to join her theater workshop as a full partner. That’s quite the opportunity.”

“I know.” Meg winced. “I’m not sure I want to. That much responsibility might tie me down too much.”

Clark’s eyes sparkled. “When I was your pirate on the cruise ship, you didn’t mind being tied down.”

A Novel Creation – Pro Tips by Author Loretta Moore

As part of the pro series, A Novel Creation, I welcome author Lorette Moore to my blog today to discuss what she’s learned in the publishing industry.

A writer has been given the gift to channel the universe, the dark depths circling life, love, reality, everyone and everything. In other words, a writer’s job is to describe the subtle, silent places, the stored away magic and mystery calling him or her to empty the heart and mind into the dark, forlorn forest,  the space capsule of life. Good writing uses the muses and every stretch of the imagination to interpret inspiration, knowledge, aspiration and consolation to pour into a world culture.
To achieve work worthy of getting published requires a certain measure of specified time. In other words, govern your writing with discipline.
Editing matters! You’ll find that editing is a huge part of creating a story that sells, and it’s important to listen to editors for they make your manuscript more worthy. They provide a critical service since they know what readers want. Also, listen to editor’s guidance about style, grammar, using active voice, and other elements about which you might neglectful. As a matter of fact the procedure editors perform is ‘surgical’, as they get rid of what the manuscript can’t use, or does harm, and insert what’s needed. In the end they’ve made your manuscript more appealing to an audience of readers.
Getting with other writers and with writing organizations can offer writers clarity and support. There’s a lot of truth in the old saying, “Two sets of eyes are better than one”… the interchange has benefits.
Rejection plays a heavy role in a writer’s life. Every submission has a high possibility to be turned down. Publishers, editors, producers and others have to decide whether a writer will produce a ‘seller’ or nor, a decision that carries a lot of weight. This is not to say that your submission isn’t a good one, it’s just not good enough for them to risk. After all, they’re in business to make ‘money’. Personally, my ‘rejections’ could fill a dresser drawer, but I continue to submit!
Lastly, but very importantly, once you’re published, it’s vital that you become heavily involved promoting and marketing. Your work is an isolated project when you’re ‘creating’ and becomes a ‘public’ endeavor after. Be prepared to seek out interviews, venues for readings and signings, public appearances of all sorts, libraries, universities, churches, magazines, social media, organizations…any possible means of access. Also, websites that advertise writers’ work can be a good source for broadening sales. I’d suggest you look for the ‘free’ ones. I discovered several ‘free’ sites online. You have to consider every opportunity if you’re going to have any success as a writer. They’re many outlets for your work available. It’s up to you to go after them.
                                     Keep Writing, and Good Luck!!!

Meghan’s Playhouse Book 5

Extasy Books

Genre: Erotic Romance, ménage, LGBT

Heat Level: Five flames

ABOUT VEGAS GAMBLER

Too old?

Baby boomers. Is that you? This year, the youngest baby boomers turn 54. Um, and hubs and I aren’t among the youngest. So when we write an erotic romance hero in his 50s, it’s just our way of saying Rock On!

In our Meghan’s Playhouse series, we’ve written two heroes over fifty. The series follows our sprite of a heroine, Meg Keenan, for a decade, starting in her early twenties. Her main squeeze in A Woman for Zachary (book 2) is something of a sugar daddy who helps her get her start on Broadway. In turn, she helps him finally recognize the love of his life, her drama coach.

By book 5 (Vegas Gambler) she’s a successful actress, and she’s enjoying the company of another older man. Of course, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but we think none of the four characters who get together in Vegas Gambler are aware of all the games being played…

BLURB

Time off in Vegas with her latest squeeze? Nothing could be better—unless maybe Meg adds another woman, or perhaps another man as well. What happens in Vegas…

Fresh with success from a recent stint in a musical on the Las Vegas Strip, Meghan Keenan takes some time off to play with her current flame, Jack Hawthorne, professional poker player. She’s delighted to add her petite masseuse Tia Minh to the mix and even more thrilled when she learns Tia’s relationship with her boyfriend Tony Sanders is on the skids. It’s the perfect challenge!

Tia has different ideas—she thinks Tony would be perfect for Meg, and she conspires to throw them together any way she can.

Ever the gambler, Jack catches on to Tia’s game quickly and keeps the ruse going behind Meg’s back. Who knew his heart was up for grabs?

EXCERPT

Meg kept her gaze fixed on Jack Hawthorne, who sat across from her at the small round wicker table. He was paying half attention to her and half to the solitaire cards spread out before him. She tried her best to decipher Jack’s response to her announcement that she’d be entertaining Tia on Sunday.

Not for the first time, she wished she hadn’t given up her own condo when she’d agree to extend her Vegas stay eight weeks or so after the show closed to help with the local community theater and to frolic with Jack, whom she’d grown to like and admire a lot. Still, he was a professional poker player and an expert at concealing his emotions. “So it doesn’t bother you,” she pressed on, “that I’ve made plans with my former masseuse?”

Jack looked up from the cards to stare at her. His dark eyes softened. With one hand he swiped at a lock of black hair that often threatened his brow. “Why should it? You’re your own woman. I don’t have a brand on you. I know you’ve been with other women during your time in Vegas. Why should this one matter to me any more than any other?”

“Because I’ve never invited a girl to your place,” Meg huffed. “I do wish I’d kept my apartment.”

“Nonsense. That would’ve been a waste. Besides, I like waking up with you at my side.”

Coming Soon! The Sub Clause

Blurb:

When you’re a ho-ho-ho for Jolly Old Saint Nick, not reading the fine print of your contract is a no-no-no.

The Naughty Toy Workshop is the kinky toy factory for people who hit Santa’s naughty list, and Kandy Kane loves her job as Supervisor. The coveted position includes personally testing sex toys, observing those under her command as they research and test new items for this season’s fetish crowd, and the best perk—being The Big Guy’s submissive for the year.

Jolly Old St. Nick has never had a better sub than Kandy to supervise his naughty workshop or fulfill his most kinky desires. With glee, he can’t wait for the night of her performance review, where he has some special plans to reward his sub once the busiest night of the year is complete.

As the big night draws near, Kandy looks forward to her performance review with a mix of exhilaration and sadness. According to the sub clause in her contract, she has to choose her successor from one of the sub-elves in training in the workshop. Little does she know she’s misread the clause, and Santa is about to school her on the finer points of her contract.

“Thanks.” Kandy rushed from the room and sprinted down the hall to Fungeon Eleven, the testing room for new Sybians. She burst into the observation room and stared at the sight through the glass. A runaway Sybian that resembled a child’s rocking horse was vibrating around the room like an out-of-control mechanical bull, its test rider hanging on for dear life. Two other elves were chasing it around the room in an attempt to tame it. With its erratic action, neither elf could reach the power cord to unplug it.

Good thing she’s tied to it so she can’t fall off! Kandy’s brain went into overdrive. She whirled around and spied the emergency breaker panel at the back of the room. It would shut off power to this section of the workshop only. She bolted toward it and ripped off the front cover, then flipped the switch. The room descended into darkness, the alarm shut off, and the vibrating noise from the other room ceased.

Kandy breathed a sigh of relief, then glanced around when the emergency lights flickered on. The green glow of the lights cast eerie shadows all around. Kandy hurried into the testing room and helped the elves untie the sub from the horse. Then she unplugged the machine from the wall so they could restore power without the Sybian starting up again.

By the time she’d finished, the two elves—Lexie Latex and Sadie Sadist—had the other sub, Vivian Vibrato, untied from the machine and wrapped in a blanket. They held her close, murmuring words of comfort.

Kandy walked over to the trio and rubbed Vivian’s back. “Are you okay?”

Vivian nodded. “Yeah, just a little shaken up.”

All four women stared at each other, then burst into laughter.

Kandy patted her back and gave her a kiss on the top of the head. “I told Santa this idea needed more work. I’m glad you’re all right.” She straightened up and gestured to the control room. “Let’s get out of the testing area and back into the other room where we can look at the findings and see what went wrong.”

All three subs nodded in unison. Lexie and Sadie helped Vivian to her feet, then they followed Kandy into the control room. Kandy startled when the lights came on.

A deep voice spoke from the back of the room. “Ho, ho, ho… Who’s been a naughty elf?”

 Excerpt:

“There she is,” April Day whispered to her husband as they shared a late breakfast in the fourth deck restaurant of the cruise ship. “There’s that vivacious girl who does everything in the floor show.”

“You’re infatuated with her,” Derek grumbled. “You’ve been mooning over her for the past two days. Do you even know her name?”

“Meg something, I think.” April thrust out her chin. “Names don’t matter much for what I have in mind.” April inhaled, letting her gaze take in the petite auburn-haired actress. “She’s a woman’s woman. That’s what matters.”

“How do you know that? She’s having breakfast with the guy who directs the show.” Derek chuckled. “She looks like a man’s woman to me.”

Shrugging, April faced her husband. “So, I’m a man’s woman, too. Maybe she’s bi.”

“How can you be so certain?” Derek’s features remained stolid.

“A woman knows.” April sipped her orange juice.

About the Series

What’s your favorite erotic fantasy? Does it include

ménage – maybe a man sandwich, or making love with a woman and a man at the same time? Have you ever kissed a girl?

We started writing our Meghan’s Playhouse series to deliver some of our favorite fantasies for our readers. When we began book 1, we simply planned to write an erotic romp. We knew we wanted a young “sprite,” a bisexual

woman full of energy and inventiveness, as the star in our story. We thought of her as a modern-day Aphrodite, bringing other couples together through sharing sex with both partners.

In the beginning, we didn’t give too much thought to her motivation, or to that of the other major players. Characters have a way of taking over, though, and Meg wasn’t satisfied with just being a piece of fluff having hot sex scenes. Each book in the series is its own love story, stirring up emotions even Meg wasn’t prepared for.

The original five-book series was first rele

ased in 2009 by a different e-publisher. It’s been unavailable for over four years, and we’re thrilled Extasy Books has contracted to re-release it, completely revised and re-edited. In the meantime, Meg insisted

we write one more adventure, coming this December.
